The way this ab workout is done is you start with 1 ab exercise and then you add a new exercise every 30 secs or 45 secs. Beginners to intermediates would pick 30 seconds and advance would be 45 seconds. Every time you add the new exercise you keep the previous one. So by the end of the circuit you are performing 5 exercises in a row linked together. Full "six pack ab work" written below. Don't forget to have six pack abs you need to have a low enough body fat for everyone to be able to see all the muscles that you spent your time training. This is only possible with proper diet and consistent exercise. Keep training those abs and eat a proper diet and you will soon see the six pack.
