INTENSE ABS Exercise - Leg Lifting Plank (SIXPACK ABS)

You should place your Elbows on the floor and support your feet on the bench.

Keep your body straight like a plank. Keep your Hip elevated and fixed. So lift one leg beside your body. Do it in alternated form with the left and right legs.

This movement spends much energy then is great to Fat Loss!

You can do 3 or 4 sets of 05-15 reps each leg for better results.

It's a efficient movement to develop your Abs without equipments at home!
