6 AB EXERCISES FOR SIX PACK ABS AT HOME 2016 (Men & Women)

Showing you 6 ab exercises which target your abs and obliques, to help you get six pack abs. This video can benefit everyone, for men, women, beginners, teens, intermediate and advanced! This can be done anywhere, at home, at school, outside. If you got a mat or the ground or even a towel, you can get it in! If you put these six exercises into a circuit, it makes for an intense ab workout! Based on your fitness level:

1. Do 20-30 reps

2. 10-20 rest between each exercise

3. Repeat the whole circuit twice

4. Do this every other day
