SIX PACK ABS HOME WORKOUT | QUICK & INTENSE

What's up team! Today I have a quick but extremely effective Six Pack Abs workout with some of my favourite ab movements that you can perform absolutely anywhere with no equipment needed!

You can tailor this workout to suit your fitness level. For example you can perform more reps, decrease rest time & increase rounds depending on how you feel!

The Workout - 6 Exercises, 10-15 Reps, 1-3 minute rest between rounds & 3-5 rounds all together!

- Knee Tucks

- Window Wipers

- Plank Jump In & Out

- Toe Touches

- Heels To Heaven

- Flutter Kicks
