BBRT #36: Six Pack ABS WORKOUT for Beginners! (Hindi / Punjabi)

In this workout we worked on basic moves that can tone and strengthen your core and will help you build WASHBOARD ABS!

Following is what we recommended in this workout.

15 hanging leg raises

15 reverse crunches

30 sec v-sit

15 curl ups

30 sec plank

without break x 4 sets in total
