Complete Routine For Six Pack Abs

As a disclaimer, this routine is for building your abs and it will help with muscle fullness and definition but only if you are lean enough to see your abs. Training abs alone will not give you visible abs if your diet isn't in check! Cable crunches 3X15-20

Leg raises 3X15-20

Russian Twist 3X10-15 per side

Side Plank 30 seconds

Plank 30 seconds

Side plank other side 30 seconds
