Happy Thanksgiving! Building your Abdominal muscles is very important for a healthy lifestyle. Building strong abs will support the back especially in heavy lifts.
I recommend doing these exercises after a weight lifting routine, or a high intensity cardio workout. These exercises will be great to build those abdominal muscles but not for burning fat. So, the best thing to do is to complete a full body workout before to trigger the fat burning process.
